Aima Arogundade
President, Co Founder
A passionate community advocate and public health practitioner, the president of The Eunice Foundation works at the direct intersection of health equity, frontline education, and youth empowerment. Rooted in Philadelphia with an undergraduate degree from Temple University and a Master of Public Health (MPH), her approach is grounded in a clear reality: you cannot separate a child’s ability to learn from their access to basic, essential needs. As an active elementary educator teaching third grade, she witnesses every day how food security, foundational literacy, and family stability directly shape a child's future. When a neighborhood grocery store abruptly closed and created an immediate food desert, she stepped in to organize frontline community food redistribution. What began as a rapid response to systemic neglect quickly grew into The Eunice Foundation—a dynamic non-profit built to provide sustainable solutions across food redistribution, health wellness, financial management, and literacy education.
